Anna Freud Centre offers advice and support for parents and carers, to support their child's mental health and wellbeing.

Bereavement
A range of support for grieving children.

Childline Kids

Children can access support for a range of issues, as well as online activities and games to support their emotions and wellbeing.

Coping for Kids

Coping for Kids offers some great tools for children (and their parents) to help with fears around Coronavirus and coping in lockdown.

Kooth
Mental health and wellbeing online platform for young people aged 10 to 16 across the whole of Kent. Young people can chat to a friendly qualified counsellor Monday to Friday between 12 noon and 10pm and Saturday and Sunday between 6pm and 10pm.
