Anna Freud Centre - Offers advice and support for parents and carers, to support their child's mental health and wellbeing.
Childline Kids - Children can access support for a range of issues, as well as online activities and games to support their emotions and wellbeing.
In addition, children can call or have a 1:1 chat about anything, 7 days a week. Call free on 0800 1111.
Coping for Kids - Coping for Kids offers some great tools for children (and their parents) to help with fears around Coronavirus and coping in lockdown.
Counselling - Parents can refer their child to the Kent School Health team, for emotional wellbeing support via the Children and Young People’s Counselling Service at
Kent Resilience Hub - Supporting 10-16 year olds cope better with the pressures of every day life
Kent Wellbeing Service - Information on local and national services to support wellbeing, and localised hub of information with simple tips and advice during this challenging time
Kooth - Mental health and wellbeing online platform for young people aged 10 to 16 across the whole of Kent. Young people can chat to a friendly qualified counsellor Monday to Friday between 12 noon and 10pm and Saturday and Sunday between 6pm and 10pm.
